Conditions of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using My Trip Online's lounge booking platform, you agree to be bound by these Conditions of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

My Trip Online provides an online platform for booking access to airport lounges operated by third-party providers. We act as an intermediary between you and the lounge operator. Lounge access, facilities, and conditions are subject to the individual lounge's policies.

3. Booking & Payment

All bookings are subject to availability. Prices displayed are per person and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is collected at the time of booking. You will receive a confirmation email with a QR code upon successful payment.

4. Cancellation Policy

Bookings cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled visit are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of the visit, or no-shows, are not eligible for a refund. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

5. Lounge Access

Access to the lounge is granted upon presentation of a valid QR code at the lounge reception. Guests must comply with the lounge's dress code, conduct rules, and any conditions of entry displayed on the booking page. The lounge operator reserves the right to refuse entry.

6. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate booking information, arriving within the lounge's opening hours, and behaving appropriately within the lounge. Misuse of the platform, including fraudulent bookings or chargebacks, may result in account suspension.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of My Trip Online or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

My Trip Online is not liable for the quality, availability, or condition of third-party lounges. Our liability is limited to the booking fee paid. We are not responsible for flight delays, missed lounge visits due to travel disruptions, or any indirect damages.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these conditions at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to this page. Continued use of the platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
