Booking & Reservations

How do I book a lounge?
Search for your departure airport on our homepage, select your preferred date and time, browse available lounges, and complete your booking in just a few clicks. No membership or account required.
Do I need to create an account to book?
No, you can book as a guest. However, creating a free account lets you manage bookings, view your visit history, and access digital passes easily.
Can I book for someone else?
Yes! Simply enter the guest's details during checkout. The booking confirmation and QR code will be sent to the email address you provide.
How far in advance can I book?
You can book a lounge from today up to 90 days in advance, subject to availability.

Cancellations & Refunds

What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled lounge visit. Cancellations made within 24 hours may not be eligible for a refund.
How do I cancel my booking?
Log in to your account and go to My Bookings, or contact our support team at support@my-trip-online.com with your booking reference.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and will be returned to the original payment method.

Lounge Access

How do I access the lounge?
After booking, you'll receive an instant confirmation email with a QR code. Simply present this QR code at the lounge reception desk upon arrival.
What time can I arrive at the lounge?
You can arrive at any time during the lounge's opening hours on your booking date. Most lounges allow a stay of up to 3 hours.
What's included in lounge access?
Most lounges include complimentary food and beverages (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic), high-speed Wi-Fi, comfortable seating, and access to newspapers and magazines. Some lounges also offer shower facilities and business centres.
Can I bring children?
Yes! Many lounges welcome children and offer discounted rates for ages 2–12. Infants under 2 are typically free. Check the specific lounge listing for details.

Payment & Pricing

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other major debit and credit cards. All payments are processed securely.
Are prices per person or per group?
Prices are per person. You can add multiple guests (adults, children, infants) to a single booking with individual pricing for each.
What is a Family Pack?
The Family Pack is a bundled option for 2 Adults + 2 Children, available at lounges that offer child discounts. It automatically calculates the best price for your family.
