We process your data based on: (a) contractual necessity to fulfil your booking, (b) your consent for marketing communications, (c) our legitimate interests in improving our services, and (d) legal obligations we must comply with.
We share necessary booking details with lounge operators to facilitate your access. We use trusted payment processors for secure transactions. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Service providers acting on our behalf are contractually bound to protect your information.
We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this notice, typically for the duration of your account plus 3 years. Booking records are retained for 7 years for legal and accounting purposes.
